Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns
Customers are eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be:
- In original condition, unworn, with all tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
- All sale items are final sale—no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
- If a sale item is faulty, a store credit will be issued.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they have a manufacturing fault. If a replacement or repair is not possible, we will offer a store credit or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
